Returns & Refunds Policy
Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to contact us if you wish to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and returned in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your request has been accepted.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Eligible Items for Returns
Only non-perishable physical products (such as pots, accessories, or other non-living items, if applicable) are eligible for returns.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- be unused
- be in original condition
- be returned in their original packaging
Live Plants & Perishable Goods
Live plants and other perishable goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- live plants
- corms, cuttings, and tissue culture
- other biological or perishable items
Due to the nature of live plants, we do not offer refunds or returns based on personal preference, care methods, or environmental conditions after delivery.
Natural Variation Disclaimer - Live Plants
Live plants are natural products. Variegation, leaf shape, color, and growth patterns may change over time due to genetics, plant maturity, and environmental conditions.
Variegation is not guaranteed on any plants, corms or stem cuttings.
Natural variation or changes in appearance are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or replacements.
Dead on Arrival – Live Plants
If your plant arrives dead on arrival, you must contact us as soon as possible and no later than 6 hours after delivery.
You must provide clear unboxing video documentation, showing:
- the plant
- the packaging
- the shipping label
This documentation is required in order for us to evaluate the issue.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- improper care after delivery
- delayed collection of the package
- extreme temperatures
- carrier delays or handling once the order has been shipped
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at alocasia.addict@outlook.com and we will evaluate the issue and work toward a suitable solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- live plants and other perishable goods
- gift cards
- sale items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer law.
This right does not apply to:
- live plants or other perishable goods
- digital products
- custom or made-to-order items
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
